Based in Hertfordshire, Dovecon covers Central, Greater London and the Home Counties, working with social, private, commercial, and residential clients.



Dovecon has the capacity to take on projects under standard JCT terms, with contractor’s design and design build contracts. We have the capacity to fulfil projects between £250 to £1m.

SMALL WORKS

Typical small works projects encompass a range of services, including handyman tasks, leak detection and remediation, as well as mechanical and electrical fault diagnosis and repair.

INTERNAL REFURBISHMENT

Typical internal works include demolition, drylining, mechanical & electrical Services, carpentry work, flooring & tiling & redecorations.

EXTERNAL REFURBISHMENTS

Typical external works involve – timber & masonry repairs, roof repairs & replacements, cladding remediation, window replacements & painting & decorating.
