Following a competitive tender for the scheme back in May 2024, Dovecon were instructed in June 2024 to conduct:

• Full access scaffold.
• Doff cleaning & masonry repairs.
• Polyroof liquid coating to 4nr flat roofs.
• Replacement of 4nr sets of external double doors.
• Full internal & external decorations.
• Installation of Herringbone flooring to the ground floor & landings with new bespoke skirtings. 
• Installation of new carpets to the bedrooms & stairs.
• Replacement of kitchen appliances, and the installation of a new quartz slab to the kitchen island.
• Replacement fireplace.
• Replacement garage door.
  

With a fixed project completion date with the owners moving in, there was pressure to achieve practical completion prior to their arrival. Our team were procured based on their skillset and experience of the challenges likely to be encountered on fast paced construction programme. Thanks to our supply chain we were able to obtain practical completion prior to the owner’s arrival.
