Following various issues with water leaks & damp issues, Dovecon were instructed in January 2024 to conduct:

• Access Scaffold 

• Alumasc Liquid coating to 2nr flat roofs. 

• New brick on edge coping detail.

• Masonry repairs.

• External decorations to ground floor elevations. 

The scheme completed on time and within the contract budget.
